[PRQ#57751] Merge Request for thunderbird-appmenu

MarsSeed [1] filed a request to merge thunderbird-appmenu [2] into thunderbird-globalmenu [3]: Has been submitted under a more appropriate name, and the target package is actively maintained. ('appmenu' is a legacy name from Ubuntu Unity, but that feature is called global menu in KDE and other desktop environments that have implemented support for the same API.)
