[PRQ#45671] Deletion Request for wingpanel-monitor-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for wingpanel-monitor-git [2]: Discontinued icon indicators for Wingpanel since 2021 [a]. Defunct after October 2022, when Arch repos dropped libgweather (libgweather-3.so) without uploading it to AUR. No users commented or flagged this apart from me. Safe to delete, as it's incompatible with the currently available dependencies.
