[aur-requests] [PRQ#12001] Deletion Request for opencv-gstreamer

dbermond [1] filed a deletion request for opencv-gstreamer [2]: I'm the maintainer of this package. This package should be deleted because the opencv package in the [extra] official repository switched xine/ffmpeg to gstreamer.
