[PRQ#43244] Deletion Request for libgexiv2-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for libgexiv2-git [2]: Abandoned VCS pkg from 2018. Without any pkgver() function! Seems not much needed: 0 votes, and only 1 comment, from 2019, about some kind of build error. (For which the owner hasn't responded at all.) Also the package does not declare the needed provides, so nothing depends on this on AUR, and it cannot be installed in a system where any package depends on libgexiv2.
