[PRQ#47928] Deletion Request for yakyak-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for yakyak-git [2]: This application has been actively developed only until Jan 2022, then all activity stopped. [a] Now even the latest beta / master version doesn't work with Google Hangouts due to API/authentication changes in that service. [b] It is pointless to keep this package. Anyway this is a non-VCS build: uses prebuilt release tarballs.
