[aur-requests] [PRQ#2742] Orphan Request for irssi-otr-git

anthraxx [1] filed a orphan request for irssi-otr-git [2]: Package does not build because of missing package() function (and also uses an ancient way to build from CVS). Maintainer still did not respond or fix the issues, additionally also tried to contact him via email without any success.
