[aur-requests] [PRQ#31232] Orphan Request for cxxtools

M-Reimer [1] filed an orphan request for cxxtools [2]: No update for quite some time. Version 3.0 would be the current version. I already maintain my own version as a part of a bigger project: https://github.com/VDR4Arch/vdr4arch/blob/master/deps/cxxtools/PKGBUILD So I could maintain the AUR version, too.
