[PRQ#49609] Deletion Request for lua-crypto

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lua-crypto [2]: This Lua module from 2013 is deprecated and unused. Also OpenSSL 1.0 is long EOL and insecure. luaossl is the actively maintained OpenSSL bindings library, available in extra repo.
