[PRQ#48586] Deletion Request for sni-qt

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for sni-qt [2]: This optional desktop integration Qt4 library from 2012 is no longer needed. There is no Qt4 based desktop environment available in Arch/AUR repos, and as of now, hardly any functioning Qt4 apps. The few ones I tried don't have "smart" status indicator icons.
