[aur-requests] [PRQ#35420] Deletion Request for python-kaggle

261519 [1] filed a deletion request for python-kaggle [2]: I misread the python packaging guidelines (https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Python_package_guidelines) and named this package with the "python-" prefix despite it not being a python library module or being tightly linked to the python ecosystem (like pip).
