[PRQ#43893] Deletion Request for alsa-ucm-conf-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for alsa-ucm-conf-git [2]: VCS package with very weird, overly long, complicated and not understandable pkgver(), which nevertheless fails to guarantee monotonic increase.
