The package is being repeatedly taken down for bogus reasons. Any meaningful reason (including those not binding to the submission guidelines) have been resolved, hence there's no obligation to keep it removed. My previous account is disabled despite a formal request for its reinstatement [1] as it has been banned for an invalid reason(s) [attachment].
