[PRQ#45741] Deletion Request for nopasswd

Antiz [1] filed a deletion request for nopasswd [2]: This package doesn't feel useful for more than a few people [1]. It's basically a personal script the submitter use to configure sudo/polkit to stop asking their password. Such configuration is trivial to do manually, no need for a package to do that.
