[PRQ#71361] Deletion Request for librepcb-git

dbrgn [1] filed a deletion request for librepcb-git [2]: Developers should build code directly. Non-developers should not use git based releases. See warning in README: https://github.com/LibrePCB/LibrePCB?tab=readme-ov-file#development I don't maintain this package anymore, and I think it should be removed.
