[aur-requests] [PRQ#31784] Deletion Request for mingw-w64-rubberband

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for mingw-w64-rubberband [2]: Package unmaintained and not needed by any AUR packages. This would only be useful for cross-building software for Microsoft Windows x86_64. (For which it is best to set up the complete toolchain locally, rather than use unmaintained PKGBUILDs from AUR.)
