[PRQ#46573] Merge Request for yarc-launcher

GANPI [1] filed a request to merge yarc-launcher [2] into yarc- launcher-bin [3]: I request the removal of this package [yarc-launcher]. My mistake was not adding the suffix "-bin" now I do it to avoid problems in the future.
