[aur-requests] [PRQ#18078] Orphan Request for transmission-rss

SMOG [1] filed an orphan request for transmission-rss [2]: Hi, The package is outdated and flagged as such for over a month now. I have contacted the owner of the package one week ago, providing them with an updated PKGBUILD but they did not reply. I therefore think this package should be orphaned, I am willing to take ownership of the package for the time being.
