[aur-requests] [PRQ#1203] Orphan Request for pandoc-static

wil93 [1] filed a orphan request for pandoc-static [2]: It's outdated since 2014-08-16. Now that `icu` has been updated to 54.1, `pandoc-static` still requires icu<=54, so one must delete `pandoc-static` in order to do a system update.
