[PRQ#45909] Deletion Request for kudus

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for kudus [2]: Defunct Qt3 and KDE3 based sudoku creator from 2015. Its dependency, kdelibs3 was last updated in 2015 and now has missing sources.
