[PRQ#51803] Merge Request for hyprland-opti-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a request to merge hyprland-opti-git [2] into hyprland-git [3]: Eliminating duplication. hyprland-opti-git is an abandoned, less well constructed PKGBUILD than hyprland-git. And the 'opti' name qualifier is meaningless.
