[PRQ#48803] Deletion Request for ofxparse-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for ofxparse-git [2]: Unmaintained, broken Python2 VCS package from 2017. With wrong name: this is a Python library, needs to be prefixed with 'python(2)-'. Upstream now requires Python3. There's a stable AUR package for that (latest release).
