The PKGBUILD has been updated, but I still don't see a good enough reason to keep it on AUR. Upstream is still abandoned since 3+ years ago. [a] And the Arch/extra repo still carries the last stable release. [b] Previous PKGBUILD update was in 2015. [c] Keeping packages on AUR without added benefit, and which are essentially only duplicates of Arch repo builds are actually even detrimental in my opinion, because they seem to offer a meaningful choice to users when in fact the choice is only to either use the package from repo or to rebuild the same by themselves. (But repo's PKGBUILDs can also be rebuilt locally.)
