[aur-requests] [PRQ#4778] Merge Request for heroku-client-standalone

hobarrera [1] filed a request to merge heroku-client-standalone [2] into heroku-toolbelt [3]: Packages are basically the same. `heroku-toolbelt` is the upstream name for this (https://toolbelt.heroku.com/). What's standalone is the INSTALLER, not the client itself (again, see website). For some reason, heroku-toolbelt was merged into this even after I had adopted it and updated it (request was really no longer valid at that point).
