[PRQ#47150] Deletion Request for mpd-light

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for mpd-light [2]: Unmaintained variant of repo's mpv, last updated on 2022-08-31. I think it's better to delete, as this build without ffmpeg has limited usefulness, and without receiving regular updates like upstream does.
