[PRQ#45369] Orphan Request for ldraw-parts-library

FoldMorePaper [1] filed an orphan request for ldraw-parts-library [2]: package maintainer has not responded to comments to fix package (newest comment is ~1.5yrs old) and package was flagged out of date 2022-12-26. package has been out of date since January 2022. additionally, a source linked in the PKGBUILD has changed locations online; the old link no longer functions. to make this package functional, it needs a new maintainer to update it.
