[aur-requests] [PRQ#21017] Merge Request for ttf-raleway

caleb [1] filed a request to merge ttf-raleway [2] into raleway-font [3]: Upstream got an overhaul and now packages OTF, TTF, and variable fonts in a single package. I posted o new PKGBUILD setup with split packages, but can't enable until this is merged to unblock the namespace in AUR.
