[aur-requests] [PRQ#26371] Orphan Request for ros-melodic-soem

fmauch [1] filed an orphan request for ros-melodic-soem [2]: Package has not been updated for a long time, doesn't build anymore, at all. Previous attempts to contact package ownwer we not answered.
