[PRQ#64723] Deletion Request for egitu

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for egitu [2]: EOL for 8 years. [a] Broken. Not just the build due to missing python-setuptools dependency. Because if the latter is satisfied, the build succeeds but the application itself does not work with git repositories anymore.
