[PRQ#46279] Deletion Request for python-doxyqml

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-doxyqml [2]: Unmaintained QML addon to Doxygen from 2018. Package name shouldn't have had the 'python-' prefix, since this has a console script, chiefly to be executed by Doxygen as a plugin. I recommend deletion from AUR for lack of interest.
