[PRQ#52960] Orphan Request for xsettingsd-git

BachoSeven [1] filed an orphan request for xsettingsd-git [2]: I'd like to mantain this package: the upstream needs to be updated and the maintainer seems unactive lately; co-maintainership would be fine as well obviously.
