[PRQ#46510] Deletion Request for conky-lua-archers

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for conky-lua-archers [2]: Orphan OOD package from 2019. Not needed, as now Arch repo's conky is also built with Lua support, which was the purpose this package had been created for.
