[PRQ#38014] Deletion Request for acd_cli

eclairevoyant [1] filed a deletion request for acd_cli [2]: Upstream is dead (https://github.com/yadayada/acd_cli/issues/579). Additionally, the API keys for this app have been blocked by Amazon (https://forum.rclone.org/t/rclone-has-been-banned-from-amazon- drive/2314/22?page=2) and new API keys cannot be obtained (similar issue to what rclone is facing, see https://rclone.org/amazonclouddrive/, except rclone supports other services and acd_cli doesn't), so the app is unusable.
