[PRQ#43824] Deletion Request for django-openid-auth

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for django-openid-auth [2]: Seems to be an unmeeded Python2 package. Project dead since 2017, and as per separate bug reports, this doesn't work with Django 1.7, 1.8, 2+, 4+.
