[PRQ#45520] Deletion Request for deepin.com.qq.rtx2015

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for deepin.com.qq.rtx2015 [2]: Orphan legacy package, and its release archive has been deleted from Deepin repo more than 14 months ago. Only I submitted this information to AUR, no one else wrote anything apart from former owner who made one comment in 2020.
