[PRQ#42827] Deletion Request for gtksu-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for gtksu-git [2]: Development stopped after latest stable release in 2018. [a] Only readme and textual comment changes were committed after that. [b] So a VCS package is not needed. Package is built for Qt5, not GTK. But both KDE and LxQt has their own solution for the same purpose (kdesu, lxqt-sudo in Arch repo). No one has to use this discontinued third-party application.
