[aur-requests] [PRQ#35008] Deletion Request for libdesktop-agnostic

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for libdesktop-agnostic [2]: I believe this project is dead. Last release happened in 2011. Last commit also. Last bug report filed was in 2013. As per comments it doesn't build since 2016. Not required by anything on AUR. I think it's safe do delete it at this point.
