[PRQ#43816] Deletion Request for sane-networking

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for sane-networking [2]: Abandoned, outdated patched variant from 2021 of repo sane. Almost a one-time effort (has just two commits two days apart). The actual nature and specific purpose of the patch is unknown. No comments, only 1 vote, and only I flagged it a year ago. Better to delete.
