[PRQ#53267] Deletion Request for nse-btop-git

lobroc [1] filed a deletion request for nse-btop-git [2]: Some guy's "test" package which was obviously never useful nor used. aur/btop-git and extra/btop packages provide what this is supposed to be, but properly.
