[PRQ#53005] Deletion Request for context-minimals-git

adityam [1] filed a deletion request for context-minimals-git [2]: This package used the upstream installer to install ConTeXt. For a while, two installation methods were offered upstream, so I had created a second package (context-lmtx-bin), which followed the second upstream method. Now the first method has been abandoned upstream in favor of the second method. This package no longer builds because there is no upstream server. So, it should be deleted.
