[PRQ#64471] Deletion Request for qtau-git

silverhikari [1] filed a deletion request for qtau-git [2]: upstream repo no longer exists, and any other forks have not been updated recently. the purpose of this program(a open source replacement for utau) has been replaced by another open source package called openutau which gets updates more regularly.
