[PRQ#52376] Deletion Request for python2-bsddb

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-bsddb [2]: Broken, uncompilable legacy Python2 bindings from 2021. Cleanup after the once already deleted AUR/armory from 2018, dead since 2019.
