[PRQ#51786] Merge Request for funkwhale

MarsSeed [1] filed a request to merge funkwhale [2] into funkwhale- venv [3]: funkwhale's submitter has created funkwhale-venv because it's very difficult to maintain the plain funkwhale package due to specific dependency version requirements. The latter is a much more stable and functional package.
