[aur-requests] [PRQ#23905] Deletion Request for plantuml-bin

drew33 [1] filed a deletion request for plantuml-bin [2]: Hi, I created this package to provide a more recent version than the one in the community repo, but this is now frequently updated, and as such this aur package is no longer required.
