[PRQ#63898] Orphan Request for mir

sudopluto [1] filed an orphan request for mir [2]: I'm working on packaging https://github.com/miracle-wm-org/miracle-wm, and Mir is a dependency. Mir needs to be up to date, and Mir has received multiple point releases since the last update. I have both left a comment and sent the maintainer a private email, but have heard so response from them. I am willing to take over the package & keep it up to date.
