[PRQ#42193] Deletion Request for openpht-ffmpeg

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for openpht-ffmpeg [2]: Outdated duplicate of AUR/ffmpeg2.8, but this one doesn't build and is unmaintained since 2017. Owner is MIA since 2017. There is only one package that depends on it: openpht, which has not seen much development since 2021. But that package, if needed, should depend on the properly working AUR/ffmpeg2.8.
