[aur-requests] [PRQ#35963] Deletion Request for python2-universal-analytics-python

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-universal-analytics- python [2]: EOL since 2014, not needed by any working package on AUR. Its only consumer now supports only Python 3, so the Python 2 package should be deleted (submitted request). This package, in turn, can be deleted as well.
