[PRQ#47629] Orphan Request for authy

xiota [1] filed an orphan request for authy [2]: Per maintainer request, submitting this for TU review. This package uses a replaces directive. Maintainer has refused reasonable request to remove it. A new maintainer is needed to bring this package in alignment with AUR submission guidelines, which state:

Do not use replaces in an AUR PKGBUILD unless the package is to be renamed...
