[PRQ#55067] Deletion Request for nginx-mainline-boringssl

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for nginx-mainline-boringssl [2]: Abandoned package from 2.5 years ago, not useful to keep as is. BoringSSL is Google's fork of OpenSSL. Repo's maintained nginx-mainline uses OpenSSL. Earlier, BoringSSL was useful for newer features like QUIC/HTTP3 support, but now the latter feature is in official openssl 3.2, and mainline nginx 1.25+ also rolled out this capability based on openssl as well.
