a821 [1] filed a deletion request for fortune-mod-foxtrot [2]: Last update in 2017. No votes. No comments. The package cannot be built due to missing make-dependency `wikiquote-fortune` (PRQ#39521). Also note the PKGBUILD does not define sources. In line with my previous deletion requests of "fortune-mod" packages due to the missing dep, I think we can delete this.
