[aur-requests] [PRQ#19252] Orphan Request for xml2rfc

SamWhited [1] filed an orphan request for xml2rfc [2]: Request was denied because the original author finally updated the package, but it took *months* and it's still broken. They don't seem interested in updating or fixing the package, so please consider letting someone else take over maintenance.
